Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, please ensure that:

• The item is unused, in original condition, and has all tags attached.
• You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Pack and Ship: Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with all accessories and documentation, and ship it to the address provided by our support team.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 working days after approval for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing time.

Non-Returnable Items
